Electrical and Mechanical Installation
We EHK, perform installation works of different turbine types and associated equipments belonging to turbine and generator manufacturer companies and frequency converters used in sectors such as gold/copper mines and marine transportation. Those systems are;
- Synchronous generator and associated equipments (warning system, braking and hydrostatic system, oiling unit)
- Francis, kaplan, pelton turbines and Hydraulic Pressure Unit (HPU)
Commissioning
Together with the electromechanical equipments that we handle installation, we also perform commissioning of Spain based frequency converter manufacturer Ingeteam's drives (Low/Medium Voltage Frequency Converters), scada and automation systems of management.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
We EHK, provide initial analysis of the problem in the power plant or mostly provide easy solutions with remote instructions through phone. Depending on the defect analysis, we direct a service engineer to the facility within 72 hours and start repairing process. In addition; not only for after the defect, but also by providing maintenance service before the defect, we aim to prevent customer to experience loss of production.
